WhgTelematics provides advisory and consulting services for fleet operators in South Africa. Our recommendations are based on available data and industry practices but do not guarantee specific operational outcomes. We do not sell or install hardware; our role is limited to analysis, planning, and strategic guidance.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your fleet operations. You must comply with all applicable laws, including the National Road Traffic Act and RTMS requirements. Any delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate client data are not our responsibility.
WhgTelematics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.
All reports, analyses, methodologies, and materials provided by WhgTelematics remain our intellectual property. You may use them for internal business purposes only. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly share our deliverables without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. We reserve the right to suspend access if payment is overdue or if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng.
